Restricted Valuation Assessments are a desktop valuation report prepared by a qualified valuer.

The report provides a detailed statistical rent roll assessment and applies a multiple of management fee income based on comparable market transactions to determine value.

Price starts at $1,250 plus GST

The restricted Valuation Assessments cannot be used for mortgage security, litigation or family law purposes. However if required within acceptable timeframes, the report can be utilised as a basis for full valuations, and additional evaluation and review will be undertaken to render the report suitable for banks and legal matters.
